generous supply quiet area
the room was comfortable and quiet i slept well there was a generous supply of tea and coffee provided i found this thoughtful. the location is in a quiet leafy area i also noted close proximity to a large waitrose.

The hosts were nice and friendly. My room was clean. The beds were comfortable.
The street had some traffic noise. The curtains did not block all the light, it filled the room at night. The room temperature was too hot for me to sleep even after I turned off the heater.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they contacted me beforehand to check arrival time. they also told me about breakfast arrangements. the location was excellent!!!
the room temperature was too hot. i turned off the heater but it didn't help. there was no window in the bathroom. i could hear other guests in adjacent rooms.

fresh towels clean shower complimentary coffee handy hairdryer
The room I had, a Standard Double Room, included fresh towels daily. The bathroom had a very clean shower. There was also complimentary tea and coffee provided in the room. A hairdryer was available in the room, very convenient.
The stairs to the upper floors were quite narrow. I found it a little challenging with my luggage.
